Endorsements…

Given that the average California homeowner moves about 3 times during their life time, it’s probably inevitable that in one of those moves they’ll need to replace their fence line. I was precisely in that situation recently and was in need of replacing the wooden fence of our home. I happen to live in the “east bay” of northern California and set out to intelligently shop for a fence company that I could do business with and found it in All American Fence Corp.

Like most homeowners who search for independent companies to perform home-related repairs, I had a few key items on my shopping “check-off list” that I used to objectively compare several companies vying for my business. The key items that I focused on were:

Reputation
Professionalism
Reliability
Quality materials and workmanship
Honesty and integrity
Surely this isn’t an exhaustive list, but these were the items that were important to me as I went through my purchasing decision and I can honestly say that All American stood out among its competitors on all dimensions. From the initial appointment to receive a quote from Marco the Estimator, to the first day of work and a walk-through the property with Juan the Field Foreman, to final completion which included a call from Bill the owner of the company to ensure that I was satisfied with the completed work. All American’s professionalism, reliability, communication and integrity have been evident throughout the entire process.

It’s refreshing to experience a company that is fully in tune with the idea of complete customer satisfaction. In my book, you get one chance to deliver and if you don’t there’s no point in further dialog. All American Fence gets that it’s about satisfying the customer and nothing more.
