A San Lorenzo Fencing Company That Knows the Village
San Lorenzo sits on flat ground in southern Alameda County between San Leandro and Hayward, anchored by San Lorenzo Village, one of the nation’s first planned communities, built in the 1940s as thousands of compact single-family homes around a village center, schools, and parks. We build fencing that fits that setting: wood privacy and good-neighbor fencing for the close-set lots and shared property lines that define the Village, chain link and security fencing for commercial and utility sites along Hesperian Boulevard, and ornamental iron for frontage, entries, and added security. The ground is flat and the lots are tight, so we set posts cleanly, finish good-neighbor fences on both sides, and keep lines square between neighbors. Every install is built to Alameda County code and made to last in the marine East Bay climate.
